Emergency Refrigeration & HVAC Response

When a cold room fails on a Saturday or a freezer room ices over before a delivery, the cost is stock, not comfort. Our emergency line reaches a working technician who can triage the fault over the phone, tell you how to protect stock in the next ten minutes, and give you an honest arrival window.

What to do in the ten minutes before we arrive

These six steps protect stock and stop a repairable fault becoming a replacement. We will walk you through them on the call as well.

  1. 01Isolate the unit at the breaker if you can smell burning or see water near electrics.
  2. 02Move high-value stock to the coldest working cabinet before temperature climbs.
  3. 03Keep cold room and freezer doors shut — every opening costs you an hour of pull-down.
  4. 04Photograph the controller display or error code and send it to us while we drive.
  5. 05Note the last time the unit worked normally; it narrows the fault considerably.
  6. 06Do not add refrigerant or reset repeatedly — both hide the fault and can destroy the compressor.
